Privacy notice

Draft, pending legal review. Reelsmith is in private beta.

Reelsmith is operated by Kapturise FZC. Contact: contact@kapturise.com.

What we collect

If you create an account: your name, email address, a one-way hash of your password, and the workspace you create. The content you add to Reelsmith (files, text and records) is stored in your workspace so the product can work. We keep a security log of sign-ins and important account actions, including your IP address. If you only join the waitlist we store your email, the product and the time you signed up. We count anonymous page views and button clicks; those counts contain no personal data.

Cookies

One cookie keeps you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

Where it's kept

On Cloudflare's infrastructure. Your data is not sold or shared for advertising.

Your choices

You can export your workspace data or delete your account from inside the app. For anything else, or to leave the waitlist, email contact@kapturise.com.

During the beta

Email isn't connected yet, so we can't send verification or password-reset emails. If you lose your password, email us from the address you signed up with.
